Many provinces have gone into lock-down, preventing movement, supply, and service for many industries. Your stores are on the front lines, providing essential goods and services for your community, and Wiz-Tec is committed to supporting and helping you during these difficult times. Wiz-Tec has been classified as an essential service and will be no interruption or change to your service and support - it is important that our customers both on-reserve and off-reserve to continue operating. We are putting in measures to protect our employees to ensure they can safely work and assist you. We are implementing measures to make our office safer and many of our staff will be working from home. We are striving to maintain standard lead times and meet commitments to booked installations. However, lead times and installation bookings may be affected by changing circumstances and travel restrictions. We ask for your patience and understanding things take a longer than expected. We are keeping a close eye on the health of all our employees, including our installers, and our installers will work after hours whenever possible to reduce exposure to our staff and yours. We will also be offering "Remote Installations" for select products, where we  ship out a "ready to go" solution. Our technicians will work with you remote and over the phone for installation and training. These are difficult times for all of us but with good common sense, practice of safe social distancing and hygiene, and co-operation, we will work through this situation together.
